| 28.10.2024 | 2-th place in a competition in Burgas |  Studio Karadjov won 2nd place in the competition for “Urban planning solution and architectural concept for a mixed-use complex on the land of the Union of Architects of Bulgaria in Burgas city”.
The multifunctional solution of the complex allows for simultaneous use by people of different ages and profiles. The different housing types can accommodate both students at Burgas universities and families of different sizes and ages. The workshops create opportunities for joint work of specialists from different fields and make the place a magnet for Burgas residents with different fields of activity. In this way, the project aims to meet modern requirements for the adaptability of buildings and the multifunctionality of the environment.

| 04.04.2024 | Prestigious architecture award for Ventsi |  Venzi was awarded two awards at the 10th Anniversary of the prestigious “Archinova” Awards. His diploma project “Urban fallows” took the victory in the “Conceptual projects – Architecture” category. He further stood out from the rest and won one of the two distinguished awards presented during the ceremony.
Ventsi’s second project “Re-form” was also among the nominees in the category “Conceptual Projects – Architecture”

| 07.03.2024 | Georgi Marhov in the lecture series #HUBAVOE – Architecture, Media and Criticism |  In a series of four lectures, the “New Architectural Heritage Foundation” and the Goethe-Institut Bulgaria will comment on the main topics and conflicts of modernity through architecture – the so-called the “crisis of criticism”, the deficits of trust in expertise, phenomena such as architectural populism, new architectural conservatism, traditionalism, and the divided society we live in today.
Georgi Marhov will participate in two of the lectures – “Realkritik – Architecture, society and media”, 19.03, Tuesday, 19:00, together with Aneta Vasileva and Zekie Emin and “Kicked a Building Lately?* – (Architectural) Criticism after the Digital Revolution”, 14.05, Tuesday, 19:00, with Aneta Vasileva, Zekie Emin and guest critics.
The lectures are open, and entry is free.

The understanding that architecture is led by the synergy between design and functionality, and the commitment to architectural image are essential. Enthusiasm and great attention to detail are qualities that are necessary to master the challenges of this demanding position.
Having previous experience is secondary to creative thinking and a desire for professional development.
Knowledge of Archicad is required, and of SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign is an advantage. Fluency in German is an advantage.

| 13.11.2019 | Ivan Karadjov in a discussion FOR urban development |  Laboratory FOR Urban Development , Association of Bulgarian Urban and Regional Planners and Generator organize a series of meetings with architects and urban planners with practice abroad, with the aim of familiarizing the local community with foreign experience and discussing the possibilities of its local application.
Ivan Karadjov will give a lecture and participate in a discussion about the investment process in Germany from the level of urbanism to an investment project, and about the role of all participants in it.
